Honey, you’re not supposed to start by doing the splits. That’s dangerous. Oh and when you do the splits, you’re pelvic area should tough the ground, your hips should be squared off, and you back leg should be straight.

  3. JBdancer22xo says:

i think u should try and straighten ur back leg alll the way before u go into a full split!

  4. frostythesn0wman says:

  7. FluffyDippinFanney says:

Wow. I have to work up to that for my teen ballet class. I’m not sure if I can do it.

  8. missriss728 says:

you need to straighten your back leg when you go into your left and right splits.

  9. dancer4lifelovesyou says:

@OMGiTSPAULAx33 i think she actually looks very pretty and as a jazz dancer or something, she’d be just fine. only: if she wanted to be a professional, classical ballet dancer, she’d need to lose some weight though. but otherwise i think she should stay just the way she is, ’cause she’s actually pretty good loking!

  11. TheBalletbunhead says:

I agree she is just fine, but she should not be teaching anything about ballet.

  12. OMGiTSPAULAx33 says:

she is most definitely not fat
and what’s wrong with being “fat” anyway
i know plenty of heavier girls i’ve danced with and they happen to be phenomenal

  13. malonieg206 says:

she is not fat!!! and i think stretching before class is a great thing.

  14. aquibes says:

yes she is.. look at those fat arms..and her huge tights..blak!! it makes me wanna puke..poor girl if she wants to be a ballerina…

  15. NSMidnightMoon says:

    no she’s not

  16. emmbee says:

@TheBalletbunhead So what you’re saying is that there are benefits to stretching both before and after ballet class. Seems perfectly logical to me.

  17. aquibes says:

    she is fat!

  18. aerodancegirl61 says:

She really should pin her hair back

Being a dance physio-therapist is a step higher than physical therapy because you dual major in College. Which is when a college student has two majors. For example I am a dance major and a physical therapy major. I am not failing at school, and you have no right to once again make an assumption like that. Having your advanced 2 in ballet is hard to obtain, but it doesn’t mean you know anything about what is going to keep someone’s body.

  23. nadjayanna says:

All those wanting to teach ballet videos are bad, but every dancer arrives in the room and the first thing she will do is a stretch, is not a stretch to force its maximum, that you actually do in the end, when your body is warmer, but before you start you have to do the basic stretching not to enter the class without having done anything, and you will never see dancers running before entering the classroom, only if it is really very cold.

  24. nadjayanna says:

2 bad i have my advanced 2 in ballet. just because your failing at school and decided for an easy degree doesnt make me stupid :) come back when u have a real science degree instead of science “lite”
