I understand that you have to dance on the tips of your toes, so don’t put that. I started ballet a few weeks ago and want to know what the difference is because our teacher always says “if you were doing pointe you would…” I also was curious if you used differnet music for pointe that you don’t for ballet and if males can do pointe because I’ve never seen a man with pointe shoes on. And please no smart-alic answers.
I wish to learn Ballet professionally but what is the difference between learning professionally and learning Ballet? I am 13 and interested in Ballet,but school is too busy and my parents reject me for Ballet lessons as it is expensive and they think I am too old and cannot dance as good, but surely someone, not a child invented Ballet, right? And she/he is an adult who invented Ballet and must have start Ballet rather old. But I do not understand why adult cannot take Ballet professionally?
] So, I wish to take Ballet when working, about 25+. Is it an good idea. I wish to perform but too late? And why dance? But that just passion. And how can I urged my parents to let me learn Ballet.
Well, actually I am sort of greedy… I want to learn Latin Dance and so many… But I like Ballet Best! And now what is the difference in Classical and Modern Ballet.

Are they the same? I am 13 and Singaporean and wish to take up Ballet lesson. However, my parents are against it. I wish to tell them more about Ballet and its wonderful things, but what Ballet is all about. What is so wonderful about Ballet.
I wish to start Ballet as soon as possible. But I don’t think they will let me join classes this year… Maybe next time, I guess…

Actually, I don’t even dare to start this conversation as I have already have my piano lesson and Guzheng as CCA after I urged them for weeks and they thought I am too greedy and want to learn everything.
Well, I have two CCAs, Chinese Dance and Guzheng and there are practise a total of 7h 30min a week+my piano lesson, 30min a week. Do you think I can cope? I think I can but my parents think it is too busy…
But I love Ballet! I keep thinking of it! How can I urge?
